As part of our in-house capability to design and manufacture bespoke control systems for automotive applications, we have specialised in manufacturing complete front and rear heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units in kit form for Land Rover Defenders.
As with all our products, our custom solutions are designed to ensure that the air conditioning systems operate to optimum efficiency and blend in completely with the existing vehicle infrastructure.
Kits are available for Land Rover Defender vehicles, including Puma 2.2 and 2.4, TD5, 300 Tdi, 200 Tdi, Tdi and most V8 versions.

FRONT AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING
FOR ALL DEFENDER MODELS
Our Defender front air conditioning systems are for practical purposes very similar to equipment installed by Land Rover at the time of vehicle manufacture. Designed to be installed with minimal modifications to the vehicle and suitable for most models of Defender. Puma models are fully integrated into the original heater box and pre-Puma are under-dash and available for left and right hand drive vehicles.
We have supplied systems to all geographical regions and when required by our clients, have provided bespoke solutions for vehicles equipped with non-standard engines, armoured and for military and police applications.

REAR AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING
FOR LONG WHEEL BASE DEFENDERS
As a testament to our engineering solutions department, and in response to market demand and requests from major customers, we developed a retro fitted rear air conditioning unit for installation into Land Rover Defenders.
The rear air conditioning kits we are offering are for the complete range of Land Rover Defenders, primarily suited to long wheel base models (no bulkheads which would interfere with the airflow), all Puma models with front integrated air conditioning systems (whether factory or retro fitted) and pre-Puma models with under dash front air conditioning systems.
The rear systems include a new central box designed to house the unit, and the unit itself, plus the necessary hoses and interface manifold that connects to the front system. The central box comes complete and is a drop in replacement including a new floor plate for the vehicle, replacing the original floor plate that is beneath the cubby box or third seat if fitted. Please note that due to space issues the air conditioning kit is not applicable to Automatic Transmission Models of Land Rover Defender at this time.
